  • When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery within Netherlands 1-3 business days.

In Europe typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Where is my order shipped from?

We ship from our Netherlands warehouses. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse closest to your location whenever possible to reduce delivery time.

Returns & Warranty

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to get started.

  • What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and our support team will help you with a replacement or refund.
